The squid (Loligo vulgaris) from Aloia Foods is fished with small boats in the Atlantic Ocean.
The highest fishing volumes occur between October and March, when the squid approaches the coast.
The fresh squid from Aloia Foods is characterised by its shiny skin and firm texture. It has excellent nutritional values as it is low in fat and rich in minerals and vitamins.
