Mussel

The mussels (Mytilus edulis) selected by Aloia Foods come from the Dutch seas. They are particularly meaty and have an intense taste of the sea.
They are a very versatile food in that they are perfect for eating alone but are also phenomenal taste enhancers for soups, pastas and risottos.
