Sea bream (Sparus aurata) from Aloia Foods, bred in Turkey, is artfully processed at the Aydin Akbuk factory on the Gulf of Izmir, just after being caught. Its white meat is of high quality because it comes from fresh raw material and is ideal for all kinds of preparations.
